2.6.1 Install the iChessOne app#

Install the official iChessOne app on your phone or tablet. Select your store below, or scan its code from another device.

After installation, you can create a game. Lighting and board behavior can be adjusted in the app’s Game Settings.

2.6.2 Grant necessary permissions#

1. Open the app.
2. Allow the requested Bluetooth permissions.
3. Enable location access or location services if required by your device for Bluetooth communication.

2.6.3 Configure your chess platform account#

You only need a platform account for online play. Follow the setup for the platform you want to use:

• Connect to Lichess
• Connect to Chess.com

iChessOne does not store the login credentials of external chess platforms. Authorization and the available account-management options depend on the selected integration.
