6.5.6 Chess.com troubleshooting#

Problem	What to do
Authorization skipped or rejected	Reopen Start → Play online Chess.com and complete login and authorization.
Game begins before the pieces are ready	Prepare the physical board before starting matchmaking.
Physical position does not match	Follow the app position and correct the physical pieces.
Premoves unavailable	Enable Premoves in iChessOne Game Settings. Chess.com preferences alone do not enable physical-board premoves.
Moves delayed or not confirmed	Check the Internet connection.
Board disconnected	Connect it in the app’s Board section.
Play Bots or Play Coach missing	Look in the Chess.com menu. Menu availability depends on the platform interface and account.
Chess.com asks for a refresh	Use the refresh button in the app bar to reload the Chess.com view. This can be needed after a long inactive session and does not require leaving the section.
