6.4.8 Lichess troubleshooting#

Problem	What to check
No connected Lichess account	Connect it through Settings → Integration → Link to Lichess.org, or Start → Play online Lichess.org.
Board disconnected	Switch it on and connect it in Board. Use Find a board if shown.
Board not ready	Restore the starting position indicated in the app and by the red board lights.
No opponent found	Use random color and a wider rating range.
No incoming challenges	Enable Receive challenges under Settings → Integration → Lichess.
Premoves unavailable	Enable Premoves in iChessOne Game Settings. Platform settings alone do not enable physical-board premoves.
Delayed or unconfirmed moves	Check the Internet connection. App confirmation follows the response from Lichess.
Board connection lost	Check battery and Bluetooth. If the board is unavailable, continue in the app.
