ORIGINAL ICHESSONE DESIGN
The board becomes the case.
A folding smart chessboard with built-in storage for the full wooden set. Every piece has its place inside, so the set packs cleanly, travels easily, and stays protected.
Keep your screen in view.
A stable wooden stand keeps your phone visible while you play with the app or online platforms.
Ready to charge.
The included USB-C cable and USB-C/USB-A adapter make charging simple from the start.
Extra protection on the move.
A soft cotton bag helps protect the folded board and accessories when stored or carried.
A tournament-size wooden chessboard that combines traditional craftsmanship with technology designed to stay out of your way.
Full-size 50×50 mm squares, natural wood and handcrafted Staunton pieces give you the proportions, presence and feel of a traditional tournament board.
Fold the board in seconds, store the pieces inside and play for up to 12 hours on battery - without giving up the comfort of a full-size chessboard.
iChessOne doesn’t just detect that a square is occupied - it knows which piece is which, from a white bishop to a black rook. That means accurate position recognition while you continue to lift or slide pieces naturally.
Responsive multicolor LEDs show moves, confirm actions, highlight legal options and help restore positions - keeping useful guidance on the board instead of pulling your attention to a screen.
Play online, face to face, or against Stockfish - all on the same physical board. Play naturally: lift or slide pieces and the board and app follow every move. Adjust clocks, LED guidance and move confirmation to suit the way you play.
ONLINE PLAY
Keep the feel of over-the-board chess while playing friends, rivals or family anywhere. Every physical move is synchronized in real time with Chess.com or Lichess through official integrations, while the LEDs bring each reply back to your board.
LOCAL 1V1
Go from a relaxed family game to tournament practice on the same board. Play without a clock, use classic or multi-stage timing, and choose how moves are confirmed.
PLAY AGAINST AI
Never wait for an opponent to train. Choose from 25 Stockfish levels and use as much guidance as you need, from visual hints to legal-move highlights - all while playing on your physical board.
REVIEW AND IMPROVE
Finish the game, keep the lesson. Completed local games are saved automatically in Recent Games, ready to review, share or export as PGN - no need to record every move by hand.
Explore every game mode, setting and board feature.
Read the complete User Manual (PDF)BLITZ & BULLET
Ultra-fast piece detection keeps up with blitz and bullet play. Move naturally - sliding or lifting pieces - while every move is tracked and recorded in real time.
OPEN API. MORE CHOICE.
iChessOne is not locked to one ecosystem. Its open API lets independent apps and drivers connect directly to your physical board for online play, engine training, analysis, PGN study and desktop chess software.

ONLINE PLAY, CHESSABLE, BOTS & PUZZLES
Play and train on the services you already use without giving up the physical board. Chessconnect links iChessOne to Chess.com, Lichess, Noctie, Chessiverse and ChessDojo, and now lets you work through Chessable courses using real pieces on your board.
Connect over Bluetooth or USB, then play people or bots, enter live tournaments, solve puzzles and studies, or use Chess960. Official platform APIs are used where available, with optional move delay plus sound and speech feedback. Chessconnect is free and runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, Android and iOS.

SHREDDER, FRITZ, CHESSBASE & MORE
Use iChessOne with established desktop chess software instead of being limited to a single app. Graham O'Neill's dedicated driver connects the board over USB or Bluetooth LE and translates every physical move for compatible desktop programs.
On Windows, its setup supports Arena, CB-Emu, ChessBase, Fritz and Shredder. UCI and WinBoard interfaces also open iChessOne to other chess GUIs and Linux workflows, so you can analyze, train or play in the software you already know.

PLAY, TRAIN & ANALYZE
Turn iChessOne into a complete play-and-training companion. Use the physical board for Lichess games, offline play and engine sparring tuned to your level, then work on daily tactics built around the positions you need to improve.
After the game, review evaluations and blunders, add notes, save or export PGNs, and turn important positions into reusable puzzles. WhitePawn is available on Android and iOS and is free with no ads.

DESKTOP TRAINING & ANALYSIS
Get a desktop chess workstation designed to use the full potential of piece-recognition boards. BearChess connects directly to iChessOne for games against UCI engines, position and game analysis, opening and repertoire training, and engine evaluation on the physical board.
You can also solve Chess.com and Lichess puzzles, play on FICS, run engine matches or tournaments, use hints and speech feedback, and set separate clocks for White and Black. The free Windows GUI includes several engines and is developed by Lars Nowak.

STUDY & ANALYSIS
Make iChessOne a hands-on study and analysis board. Record your own games automatically, replay master games with physical pieces, analyze positions with a strong engine and check completed games for blunders without entering every move again.
Chess PGN Master also supports Guess the Move, Chess960, colored arrows and squares, autoplay, cloud files and external engines. The optional Master Games app adds more than 300,000 curated grandmaster games for structured study.

LIGHTWEIGHT AND FLEXIBLE
Choose a lightweight, mature toolbox for offline play and analysis. With iChessOne connected, the app provides move coaching, full game navigation, position setup, engine play, and FEN or PGN import and export while the physical board remains your main interface.
Advanced players can add UCI or WinBoard engines, tune time controls and analysis settings, use opening suites and tablebases, or connect to FICS and ICC. It is a flexible choice when you want detailed control without a heavy desktop setup.

HUMAN-LIKE ENGINE TRAINING
Train against opponents that feel less mechanical than fixed engine levels. Chess Dojo offers more than 30 human-like personalities with individual opening books and automatically adapts to your playing strength, keeping offline practice challenging and believable.
Play through iChessOne, take back a move when you are learning, try Chess960, and finish with an automatic blunder check. Completed games can be reviewed immediately or shared with PGN Master and other chess apps for deeper analysis.
