Welcome to iChessOne. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to "iChess" Janusz Lisowski, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland.

We operate the website iChess.one and the online store, including all related content, tools, and services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

We do not offer login via Google, Facebook, Apple, or other third-party identity providers.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Your order is accepted only when we confirm it by email and process your payment.

We may cancel or reject orders at our discretion (e.g., payment issues, suspected fraud, address verification problems). If an order is canceled, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

6.1 Global Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.
Once a package is handed over to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.

6.2 DDP Shipping (UK and selected countries)

For selected destinations outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping via FedEx.

When DDP is available, all import VAT, duties, and customs clearance charges are paid by us and included in the price shown at checkout.
You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

If DDP is not available in your region, this will be indicated at checkout, and local taxes may apply.

6.3 Customs Processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unexpected global events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services - including trademarks, designs, images, text, videos, and product documentation - is owned by iChessOne or licensed third parties.

12.1 Standard Warranty

We provide:

  • 24-month warranty for EU consumers,
  • 12-month warranty for non-EU consumers and business customers.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

12.2 Extended Warranty (Paid Option)

Some products may offer extended warranty packages (up to 3 years).
These conditions will be described on the product page and in a separate warranty document.

12.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • improper use or handling,
  • unauthorized modifications,
  • attempts to repair without our approval,
  • installation of unofficial firmware or hardware modifications,
  • physical damage caused by drops, moisture, or extreme temperatures.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”,
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. lost profits, data loss, lost opportunities),
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

This does not affect your consumer rights under applicable law.

You may not use the Services to:

  • violate laws or regulations,
  • distribute harmful or fraudulent content,
  • reverse-engineer our systems,
  • spam, hack, or attempt unauthorized access,
  • interfere with website functionality,
